Directions

Cover both sides of the Brie with jam of choice - I use seedless blackberry jam. You don't remove the white by the way, once it's done you don't even notice the edible outside skin.

Run a rolling pin over the pie crust to thin it out a little and place the jam covered Brie in the center. Bring the sides up to cover. Cover with an egg wash and cook in a 350 degree over for approximately 30 minutes. This can be done ahead of time and then just put in micro or oven for a few minutes to warm.

Let it set for 10 minutes before servings so it isn't too runny. I throw fresh blueberries and blackberries over the Brie when I serve it.
