Directions

Cook onions and oil together for a few minutes. Add 1/2 tsp paprika, meat and salt. Add 1/2 cup water. Put lid on pan; cook slowly approximately an hour. Add 1 1/2 tablespoon flour - sprinkle over meat and add sour cream and 1/2 tsp paprika.
