Macaroni & Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c milk
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp of pepper
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 to 1 1/2 Cups of Macaroni
- 8oz Cheddar Cheese, cut in cubes
Directions

Cook macaroni

Cook and stir butter, onion, salt & pepper over medium heat until onion is tender. Blend in flour, stirring constantly until blended and bubbly add milk & blend. Stir in cheese.

Pour cheese mixture over macaroni and bake at 375 for 30 min.

I would put a light covering of bread crumbs over the top and a couple of pats of butter.

You can vary by adding cubed ham or hot dog pieces
