Lasgna

Ingredients


Directions

Brown the hamburg, onions & garlic powder together and then drain fat

Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasonings & Worcestershire and simmer for 45 min. to 1 hour

While simmering cook the lasagna. I usually do 3 strips per layer - so usually 9 pieces

After sauces is done add a small sour cream to the mixture

Layer noodles, 1/2 mixture, mozzarella cheese, then more noodles, the rest of the mixture and more cheese.

Top with final layer of noodles and if you have any sauce left over just make a thin layer and then another thin layer of cheese.

Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or until bubbly
