Italian Meatballs & Sauce

• 1 package of Italian Sausage
• 1 onion
• garlic
• 1 ½ pounds of hamburger
• 4 eggs
• ¾ cup italian bread crumbs
• 2 tbsp Italian seasonings
• ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
• salt & pepper to taste
• 2 cans of pear shaped tomatoes and puree
• 3 cans of tomato paste with italian seasonings
• 2 cans (almost full) of water

Brown the first 3 ingedients together, set aside sausage & throw away the rest

Mix the hamburg, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese & seasonings together and roll into meatballs

Mix tomatoes, tomato paste & water together, blend until smooth, bring to a boil.

Add the meatballs.

Continue to cook until the meatballs pop up to the top.

Add the sausage to the sauce.

Simmer for hours. The longer the better
