Meatloaf

Directions

In large bowl, beat eggs with fork. Beat in the parmesan cheese and seasonings until well-blended. Add the meats and mix well with your hands until no streaks of parmesan are visible. Gently shape half the meat mixture into a loaf pan, lay the bacon strips over the top lengthwise add some American Cheese then add the rest of the meat mixture.

Make a glaze of the following ingredients
1/2 cup Ketchup
8oz Tomato Sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons granular Splenda

Pour Glaze over the whole meatloaf.

Top with more American Cheese

Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until meat is done in the center. Let rest a few minutes before slicing.
