Baked Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 1/2 small onion - minced
- 3 stalks of celery - chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 3/4 cup Cream of Chicken soup
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 4 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2/3 cup shredded sharp cheese
- Optional: 1 cup crushed potato chips & 1/3 cup of almonds
Directions
Mix the first 8 ingredients together in a large casserole dish
Cover with cheese
Sprinkle chips & almonds on top if you wish.
CHILL SEVERAL HOURS OR OVERNIGHT
Bake at 400 for 25 min until heated through and bubbly
