Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chunky or smooth peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup strong tea
- 1 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 small fresh hot pepper, cleaned, and diced
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
Directions
In a food processor, puree all the ingredients to make an almost smooth sauce. If you used chunky peanut butter, the sauce will be more textured but just as delicious.
