Zesty Carrots
Ingredients
- 3/4 tsp Horseradish
- 2 TBS grated onion
- 1/2 c. Mayo
- 1/4 liquid from cooking the carrots
- 1 lb Cooked Carrots
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Cracker or Bread Crumbs & butter
Directions
Mix all but the crumbs & butter.
Top with the cracker/bread crumbs & melted butter.
Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes
