Stuffed Zucchini

Ingredients


Directions

Boil zucchini until soft. Split in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and scoop out the meat of the zucchini leaving the skin as a shell.

Saute oil & onions; mix with the zucchini and the rest of the ingredients.

Fill the zucchini shells with mixture.

Broil to brown.
