Ingredients
- 1 pint light sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- juice of one lemon
- 6-8 oz blue cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper

Directions
Mix mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, salt & black pepper. Fold in blue cheese. I used danish blue, but if you like a heavier/stronger taste, try gorgonzola. My family prefers the milder taste. I used a bit more of the black pepper though because I like it peppery.
Place in fridge at least an hour to meld the flavors..then dunk!!! So much better than the store version!
