Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 breasts), cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces pasta pasta (such as Penne, Rotini, Campanelle)
- 8 oz kielbasa
- 4 ounces cream cheese , softened and cut into small pieces
- 1 cup of light cream
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt , more to taste, if needed
- red & green peppers cut into strips
- 2 TB Cajun seasoning to taste

Directions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
- In a large pot or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken pieces peppers and keilbasa and season with cajun seasoning.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, until chicken is nearly cooked through.
- Add the light cream and cream cheese, stirring well until cream cheese has melted and sauce is smooth, 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in pasta, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
