Directions

Whisk together Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.

Place pork chops in a gallon ziplock bag and our marinade over pork chops.

Refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.

Remove pork chops from marinade and grill until done, approximately 8 to 12 minutes.

Notes:
Cook pork until it reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.

It is OK to eat pork that is pink.

To cook pork without a grill, pan sear on each side for 3 or 4 minutes. Place pork chops on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 400ºF about 10 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.

Can use any cut of pork you prefer – bone-in pork chops, boneless pork chops, pork tenderloin. Adjust the cooking time. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 145ºF.
