Ingredients
- Pie Crust
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Cream
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Filing of Choice

Directions
Filling - ham, bacon, onions, spinach, cheese, chicken, crab
Add whatever you like
Line a pie plate with the pie crust.
Mix all the other ingredients.
Layer the filing on the crust, add the egg mixture.
Cook 15 minutes at 425, reduce temp to 300 cook for another 30 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Let sit before serving.
