Directions
1 package of Italian Sausage
1 onion
garlic
Brown well together, set aside sausage & throw away the rest
1 1/2 pounds of hamburger
4 eggs
3/4cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp Italian seasonings
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt & pepper to taste
Mix all together and make into meatballs
2 cans of pear shaped tomatoes and puree
3 cans of tomato paste with Italian seasonings
2 cans (almost full) of water
Mix all together, blend until smooth, bring to a boil, add the meatballs. Continue to cook until the meatballs pop up to the top.
Add the sausage to the sauce.
Simmer for hours. The longer the better
