- 1 Can of Artichoke Hearts (in water, not oil)
- 1 Cup HELMANN
- 1 1/4 Cups Parmesan Cheese

Directions
Drain and chop Artichoke Hearts.
Mix with Helmann's and parmesan cheese.
Cook at 325 in an open dish until top is brown.
