Jack Daniel's BBQ Sauce
Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Jack Daniel
  • 2 clove garlic, minced

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add other ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
