- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon shallot, chopped, 1/2 ounce
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Directions
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, peanut butter and red pepper flakes; set aside.
Par cook the green beans.
In a large skillet or wok, sauté the green beans 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
Add the shallot and ginger and cook for 2 minutes longer.
Remove from the heat and add the sauce mixture; toss to coat.
