Ingredients
- 1 package of Italian Sausage
- 1 onion
- garlic
- 1 ½ pounds of hamburger
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup italian bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp Italian seasonings
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 cans of pear shaped tomatoes and puree
- 3 cans of tomato paste with italian seasonings
- 2 cans (almost full) of water

Directions
Brown the first 3 ingedients together, set aside sausage & throw away the rest
Mix the hamburg, eggs, bread crumbs, cheese & seasonings together and roll into meatballs
Mix tomatoes, tomato paste & water together, blend until smooth, bring to a boil.
Add the meatballs.
Continue to cook until the meatballs pop up to the top.
Add the sausage to the sauce.
Simmer for hours. The longer the better
