Ingredients
- 2 TBLSP Vegatable Oil
- 1/4 Sesame Seeds
- 2 TSP Ground Ginger
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 TBLSP Minced Onion
- 3 TBLSP White Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
- 1 LB Pork Tenderloin

Directions
In a medium dish or bowl mix together soy sauce, sugar, onion, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds and oil. Add pork and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 3 hours turning and basting often. (I put the pork & marinade in a plastic bag, makes marinating easier)
Preheat oven to 375.
Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade, and transfer to a lightly greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Cut into 1/4" thick slices.
While the meat is roasting, boil reserved marinade for 3-5 minutes. Serve with pork strips.
