Egg Drop Soup with Spinach

Ingredients
- 2 Green Onions
- 6 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1 TBLSP Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Granular Splenda
- 2 Eggs, lightly beaten
- Fresh Spinach (amount depends on your taste)

Directions
Bring broth, soy sauce and Splenda to a boil in a large pot; reduce to a simmer.
Stir in the green onions while simmering
When ready to serve slowly stir in egg. Remove from heat; let stand 1 minute.
Place spinach in the bottom of the bowl and ladle hot soup over the spinach.
(The first time I made this I used raw spinach and have decided that I will cook the spinach a bit in the future)
